I am both delighted and astounded that it came up looking like new – even the large stain left over from my attempts at cleaning up chilli dip! I was really interested in seeing the “new concept” way of cleaning the carpet, which was so effective at removing grime and stains, and only used 2 litres of water in the process. It is great that you have developed such an awesome product which is environmentally friendly too! The other thing I really noticed between your process and other carpet cleaners that I have had over the years, is that while their system (which has been the traditional water-based system) left the wool carpet wet and so the house smelt like wet wool until it had dried out, your system used hardly any water so the carpet was completely dry and I loved the citrus fragrance which you product has.
Your team also took the time to show me your leather lounge cleaning kit - which I bought because I was impressed at how easily the grime was removed (and that the products are environmentally friendly too!).
All in all, I was very impressed, and will definitely be recommending your company whenever I hear of friends or businesses that need carpets and leather lounge suites cleaned.
